ER11 & ER20 Collet Chip Fans
The original Carbide 3D Chip Fan. Available now in two sizes for use with any Carbide 3D spindle. With this slipped over your ER11 or ER20 collet nut, you’ll worry less about recutting metal or hard plastic chips.
An injection molded version of this fan is original equipment on the NOMAD 3. However, it’s just as effective on any machine. Print and use a chip fan on any Shapeoko with the 65mm VFD, ER11 Carbide Compact Router or an ER20-equipped spindle.
Simple and effective, deploy these chip fans on your next metal-cutting project.
PRO TIP: Be sure the fan is fully seated on the collet nut before each use.
