These 3D printed clips fit the Hybrid Table T-Slots for the Shapeoko 4, Pro, 5 Pro, and HDM. They allow a 1/16” sheet of plastic to be installed at the back of the table to keep chips and swarf from falling behind the machine. They also serve as a hard stop, allowing you to slide Teez-Nuts to the back of your machine for storage without falling out the end of the T-slots.

The cutout in the side allows for the HDM’s BitSetter cable to still be routed through the T-Slot in case you’re like me and prefer it to be located at the back of the machine.

The hole in the clip will need to be tapped for M6 fasteners, or you can modify the part to try and print threads in place. I recommend orienting the part on its side to print to minimize overhangs and for optimal bridging. STL (Binary) and STEP files included.
