Carbide 3D

COPPA and Carbide Create

At Carbide 3D, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users, including children under the age of 13. While our CAD/CAM and CNC control software is designed for a general audience and does not target children, we have implemented measures to ensure compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Data Collection Practices

We do not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age. The software includes optional bug reporting functionality for crash reports, which is entirely voluntary and does not require personal information.

Parental Consent

As our software is not directed toward children, and we do not collect data, parental consent is not applicable in our case.

Third-Party Services

We do not utilize analytics or advertising software. The optional bug reporting functionality is the only external service, and participation is at the user's discretion.

Data Usage and Sharing

No user data is collected, stored, or shared by Carbide 3D.

Parental Rights

Since no data is collected, there is no need for mechanisms to review, delete, or control data for children under 13.
