We're here to make sure you're successful with your Carbide 3D CNC machine, so we're available for questions that go beyond normal technical support.
Your Carbide 3D CNC Machine comes with 12 months of 1-on-1 training, which includes:
- Four 1-on-1 training sessions with a Carbide 3D expert via video chat.
- 12 months of training support via email and phone. (In additional to normal technical support.)
We're here to help with topics including machine setup, workholding, cutter selection, and help with your projects.
1-on-1 Video Training Sessions
We’ll cover anything from machine setup, how to run a project, software training, or a discussion of how to approach your specific project. The time is yours. We’ll focus on exactly what you need help with.
Training via Email
- Got a problem with a project in Carbide Create? Send the file over and we'll take a look.
- Not sure how to approach a project? Send over some photos of what you'd like to make and we'll make some suggestions.
Technical Support
Technical support is always available to help troubleshoot machine problems. Technical support is available for the life of the machine.

Training Terms and Conditions
- Training sessions are only available to the original owner of a machine purchased new from Carbide 3D, or an authorized reseller.
- Training sessions, and training via email are not transferable if the machine is sold.
- Machines purchased used or second-hand are not eligible for 1-on-1 training.
- You are entitled to four video training sessions, which must be redeemed within the first year of owning your machine.
- Video Training Sessions are 30 minutes long.
- Sessions require the use of Zoom for video chat.
- Sessions must be booked ahead of time. Time slots are generally available Monday through Friday during business hours in PST.
- We can only help with Carbide 3D products and software. We’re not able to support third-party software.
- Extra video training sessions are available at an additional cost. Purchase additional training sessions here.
